Mobility On The Move!
Individualisation, e-connect, what’s in it for me, demand driven economy, war for talent and much more set the scene of today’s world.
Employees are just expecting employers to adapt to fit in.
They offer their skill set at any location they like, work over there for some time and then move on to the next opportunity. While in the mean time they’ve further developed their hard and soft skills. Valuable!
For corporates this can be challenging as potential this behaviour could lead to a lower than expected return on investment as this group’s goal is to move on after a certain period.
Do you too recognize this trend or is it just old ideas parading as new ones?
Our speakers share with us different angles to encourage the debate we aim to organise.
Ø Louis Everard, Director of the Association of Professional Football Players (VVCS, Vereniging Van Contract Spelers) will discuss sharing of talent as renting of football players is a phenomena being in place in this market for quite some time.
Ø Ernst Steltenpohl, Board Member Expatise and Hanno Goos, Strategic Consultant Staff at the Dutch Armed Forces, provide insight in the new approach currently being explored to potentially implement at the Dutch Armed Forces: staff members to work temporary for non-military organisations whilst continue to being employed by the army.
Let’s have a debate in break out groups to discuss and explore this further and share the outcome of these discussions. Helpful feedback for ourselves and last but not least, the speakers too!
We’ll close with fingerfood and drinks for further mingling and networking.
